my band has a show!

Somehow the people at Nation, a club in DC, got my band's info and are trying to confirm us for a show in February...except we only have 3 songs, we don't have a drummer, drums, or good equipment, and we basically suck. huh.gif It's utterly insane. ack.

    thats awesome... just borrow someone's drums and get a drummer (wait, a drummer will have drums... ) so maybe... find a drummer from a different band like a friend's band perhaps? and have them play your songs with you and do a cover or 2 and then one or two more original songs.... and you'll be set especpially if it's in february... you just gotta be conscious of your time and don't wait til the last minute.

    here in calgary, we have this weekly free newspaper, and in the classifieds there are always bands looking for a drummer, and they always want a guy with a van, i think they just want to bum rides.
