OK Go Band pics

I am currently working on makeing some really awsome tee shirts that have the bands faces on them, but I have a problem. I can find any good pictures to use!!! mad.gif So if you have any good pictues I could use for a shirt (hopefully something kinda cartooney or drawn that I could stencil) I would love you forever!!

    I'm working on some drawings of the boys as little chibi characters, I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for or if it'll even look good, but I can try to draw something for you, if you want. They'll most likely be somewhat anime-ish, since that's all I seem to be able to draw...

    That sounds so cute! I know I'd love to see those. I love anime, I love Ok Go. What better combination. Awesome that you have the talent to be able to do that. wink.gif

    That would be cool!! I just would really like something I could put on a shirt and people would look at it and go, HOLY COW IT IS SO AMAZING I SHOULD LISTEN TO THIS BAND!

    I'm with you on that one about the shirts! Lol, yes I'm in Tempe. Did you see Ok Go at the Marquee theater here earlier this month?

    YES!!!! They were so good!!! They were the only reason I went, but I did really enjoy the other bands. When Damian yelled at the guy in the crowd was priceless. And I finally met Tim and Dan. The Marquee show is only my second one so I never got a chance to see Dan and Tim before then.

    Lol, I wonder if we ran into each other without knowing it. It was my first Ok Go concert. I never thought I'd get two meet any of the band members. That's what totally won me over as a die hard fan (at the time I didnt' realize that the Ok Go boys try to meet and greet the fans after the show). When did Dan come out? I only got to see Damian and Tim. I wanted to stay longer and chat some more with the two of them, but my girlfriends were in too much shock.

    Dan came out a bit later then the other guys did. It was funny cause Damian ad Tim came out when Motion City was on and my friend and I saw them but the mass mob of girls beat us there. Then we were getting ready to go outside and I saw Andy so we got to see him, then around 10 she got a glimps of Dan so we got to see him like 5 mins before we left.

A few seconds later she comes running back to tell us Ok Go was in the lobby. It was Tim and a few mins later Damian. We didn't even know their names at the time lol. I couldn't believe we were actually talking to them. Aren't they such nice guys? It was how sweet they were that got me completely hooked on the band.     OMG I love your t's. I am crazy lame and never thought of making my own tee's till now. They are the coolest guys to talk to!! They are so down to earth. Thats why I feel like such a nimrod when I "talk" to them. Lol. And when I comes to chatting on the boards Im not really shy but I like reading what other ppl wrote and I dont ever want to reply really... I dont know what it is. But yeah Im working on some shirts that I can wear to the next concert. Im trying to talk my dad into the one in Tucson. Lol but it is on a monday which is a major bummer... mad.gif

    I know, I wish it wasn't on a Monday.!I don't think I can talk my friends into going right in the middle of a school week. Why couldn't it have been Memorial day weekend. Bring them back to Phoenix, I say! Glad you like our tees. It was the idea of one of my girlfriends to make them. She's in the pic. Damian loved our tees. He made us walk over to the t-shirt selling vendor and show off the shirts. Then he made us pose front and back with him to show them off some more. Speaking of t's, did you happen to run into any of the members of the Plain White T's? Lol, you are not a nimrod! I think the boys prefer the fangirls who are cute and sweet rather than the ones that jump all over them. The Plain White T's were good. I wasn't too crazy about MCS. That dude's hair freaks me out! What did you think of those bands? Have you lived in AZ your whole life?

    I have one pic of the band here, but I think it's too complicated to make into a stencil. Nevertheless, you can use it as your desktop or make a poster to hang on the wall.

    I did see some other band members but I didnt really reconize them and the ones I did I didnt have anything for them to sign and I wasnt using my own camera. So I just waved and smiled at them. And after that concert I fell in love with Plain White T's and Spill Canvas. I didnt watch Motion because I wanted to see OK Go. I havent lived in AZ all my life but most of it. And I dont really like it to tell you the truth. Lol

    OMG Thanks!! This is the kind of stuff Im looking for. If only I had Photoshop then I could make some stencils. But alas I dont and I cant shell out $500 for a couple stencils.... blink.gif

    I know the PWT's were great. Their lead singer was just bouncing everywhere, he had so much energy! I love AZ. I've never been anywhere outside of NJ, so when I finally did venture out I was quite surprised. People are so much nicer in the west and I love that. I'm kinda shy and sensitive, so I was so relieved to get away from the east. But, yeah, AZ can have it's annoying moments, not to mention the heat! lol
