Dig!

edited November -1 in General Discussion
Anyone seen it yet? I have never really considered myself to be a fan of either The Dandy Warhols or The Brian Jonestown Masacre, but my roomate works for Universal and brought it home. I found the film to be quite entertaining. It follows them for like seven years and covers all of the ups and downs that artists go through. There are some classic scenes (many of which feature the madness of Anton from the masacre) and the music is really good too. Anyone else get the chance to catch it?

Saw it in the theaters. Loved it. How's the DVD?
  • Sweet, i'll have to see it.
  • Sounds interesting. I hope it can be seen in Japan too...
  • The DVD is really good...lots of extras:

    commentaries
    deleted/extended scenes
    music videos
    live performances
+ a "where are they now" section

You should definitely check it out (esp. if you liked the film in theatres).
  • I found this:
