Gotta love the "no name bands." Being a poor college kid, they're my faves. Plus, the concerts are just so great and intimate. Although Billy Idol was pretty intimate(haha).
Let's just say that I'm not even a huge Billy Idol fan, but he threw a drumstick into the crowd (we were front row), and I totally fought some girl for it. I'm usually a very laid back person, so I have no clue why I did it. That doesn't matter though, what matters is I ended up with the drumstick at the end, and it's on my shelf right now.
And we met him. He winked at me. He shook Carin's hand. Holy crap.
And he pointed at me during the concert. My heart seriously jumped into my throat. It was amazing. As was Pam's clawing and fighting for the drumstick. Haha.
I really had had hopes that Mr. Idol would've seen the fighting and saved us from it. Ok, not that I was directly involved, but I was inbetween you girls. They totally didn't deserve it anyways.

Yes, "no name bands" are very intimate. I like them better than stadium concerts; you have a better chance of meeting the "No name bands", too!
Oh, Billy Idol
Let me just say, if you have the chance to see Billy Idol, you should. It's amazing.
