Frustrated

So on the 8th of this month my grandmother went to the hospital for a heart cath, and they determined at that point that she would be needing bypass surgery. The guy that did the cath said she would prolly be having surgery on monday (which would have been the 12th) and set her up an apt with the surgeon. The surgeon was on vacation, so an operation she thought she would be waiting 4 days for, she ended up waiting 18 days for, scheduling it for this coming monday at 8 AM. After waiting over 2 weeks for surgery, the hospital calls her today... telling her that they are canceling her surgery because they are putting a higher priority paitent in her time slot. They will call her monday to reschedule. Do people not realize that they are messing with her life here? she has 4 arteries more than 70% blocked... one of them isn't even functioning. I just want to go to the hospital and start kicking people till they fix my grandma's heart!
