    are you sure? maybe there was a radio show first, or something. i really thought the books were based on something else. anyway, that's cool. i'd like to watch the show sometime... yay netflix

    Nah, I've had this since 8th grade I think and I've never gotten around to changing it. I had other names on other boards that actually had reasoning behind them---ie. AnotherWannabeGangsta (I liked Wheatus a lot at that point and I was making fun of some people I knew) but I simply can't remember why I picked this name.

    Oh but the queen part is true. I'm Queen Sarah of Fabulousnesse (a small city in Antarctica).

    Fruit Loop...I'm a Fruit Loop basically. My friend started calling it me about 2 months ago and it's stuck! I have really boring names on other boards eg. Louuu on the rooney boards or loulou on NDFF.

    So yeah, I'm just really random, occasionally fruity and circular. smile.gif

    "there's this book series that's based on a television series, called Red Dwarf. I've never seen the tv series, but i read all the books, and they're very funny - Douglas Adams style. There's one part in one of the books where a character has to take a test and he blanks right when he has to take it, and instead of writing any answers, he writes "I am a fish." for every answer, and then asks for extra paper to write "I am a fish" even more.
    I thought it was funny. I am a fish became my personal slogan for quite a while (this was in... 9th grade? 10th? something like that). So i was a fish.

    I was making a new AIM screenname, and the one i really wanted was taken, and then the one i wanted next was taken, etc. so i got angry. and i angrily typed in anangryfish because i'm a fish. and it worked, and so that was my new aim screenname, which was what i based my screenname for this lovely forum on.

    Giggleguy was one of my nicknames in primary school, 'cause I tended to giggle at inappropriate times, no and not like times when the teacher said "Period" I hardly ever giggled in sexual education, I asked a kind of inappropriate question though, but I thought it was perfectly appropriate, anyway, shortly after that my nickname became emmy but that's another story

    back to the giggleguy story, when I played neopets my screenname was giggleguy42 and hmmm that's also my msn passport.

    There are sooo many other reasons but some of them are a bit naughty

    thanks. i'm always kind of around, but it's more of a glancing at the forum every couple of days rather than hardcore posting. this message board is so excellent for procrastination when you have a major paper due in three hours that you're not nearly done with. oh, fun.

    hmmm well... there's not really an explanation for my SN since it's my REAL name.... I was gonna get another one... but I opted for my name because I have so many screen names around that, I didn't want to get confused.
