Ok Go jack of all trades

What if the Gods of Rock and Roll looked down upon the earth and decided: Damian, Tim, Dan, and Andy you rock too much! So these gods decided to take away Ok Go's musical abilities. What would the guys do instead with their lives?

Alright, enough of the Greek mythology. Here's how this game works. My question is, if each member of Ok Go had never become a musician, had never picked up a musical instrument, what career do you think each band member would have gone into instead, and why? (You may include in this game Andy Duncan, Pete, Milosh, or Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Jorge, Whom I Adore, Whom I Adore, Whom I Adore, Whom I Adore if you'd like. You can assume the guys would all still know each other, they just wouldn't know how to play music.)

Here are 2 examples:
Tim would become a dentist (of course)
Damian would become a reporter for Entertainment Tonite (and NOT Access Hollywood or Extra)


Now, gimme your ideas, baby!

    Damian would become a professor at a (women's) college....if it were Wellesley he'd teach in the Cinema and Media Studies department and make semiotics much less boring for me ;-)

    Can we Smithies borrow Professor Kulash from time to time? Our Film Studies department is quite tiny. sad.gif

    If Damian weren't a professor, he'd be a writer. Or a politician/activist. But an awesome politician.

    I can see damian as a journalist.

    ...maybe that's cause he almost is one already. huh.

    And rusty would definitely be a geek squad employee. and drive around in those beetles and everything.

    Oh definitely! Doesn't Professor Kulash have a nice ring to it? He could be a visiting professor and then "visit" with us both!

    Ever since I saw he was an Art/Semiotics major at Brown, I tried to be more attentive to the media-ish aspects of my classes...but yeah...my teacher does not look like Damian so that makes it more difficult, ha.

    I think Dan should have his own bakery, brewry, or perhaps delicatessan. I'm leaning more toward bakery though.

    (P.S. If Dan had his own bakery, Lightamatch4me, could have an excuse to get cavities and go to her cute sideburn weilding dentist wink.gif )

    I never post on here, but I just thought that is so funny that people say Damian should be a professor in a Cinema and Media Studies department at a women's college! My best friend is actually Damian's age AND she IS a professor of Cinema and Media studies at a women's college!...She's actually probably the female version of Damian in a lot of ways in terms of her talent and sense of humor and intelligence...anyway, I just thought it was interesting that people said he should be a prof. b/c she has said to me that she thought she and Damian had a LOT in common from what she has read after getting turned on to their music and reading some of his interviews...anyway, I want to hook them up because she's single, super-smart AND hot! Didn't some article he wrote say that Damian falls for the smart ones? Yup, that's my friend - she's the smartest, most interesting women I know! Oh, well, he's in a relationship though, right? Such is life..(I'm a wanna-be matchmaker! - can you tell? - but I really do think they have a lot in common and they are the same age too...) So, Damian, if you read this, she's available if you become single anytime soon! smile.gif Anyway, just thought I'd comment that my best friend is a professor of the things you thought Damian would be good at and and she thinks they have the same characteristics too...so I agree that he'd probably be good at that too...any job with a lot of thinking and ruminating would suit him.

    I think Damian would be a editorial journalist because he's really opinionated.
    Dan I could imagine being a middle school science or english teacher.
    Tim would be an actor on broadway, or at least a producer.
    Rusty would probably due something with computers, like in office space, and be the quiet one that ends up going insane and sets the building on fire....sorry, my imagination was taking the best of me.
    ADunc would probably a solo artist who made really cool reproductions of video game songs.
    Mr. Mr. Mr. Jorge, Whom I Adore, Whom I Adore, Whom I Adore would probably be working on the radio as an interviewer (but isn't that what he already does?).
    Milosh would probably be the roadie merch dude for some other good band because that's really his calling.
    Pete would work in costomer service at some huge company and make anyone that called smile and not be angry that they have to call costomer service.
