I like... freaked out. NEver expected it to bein a movie. It's only like... 4 lines of it.. but ist still something.

And I must say, this movie turned out better than expected( Though i went in w/ low expectations).
And the soundtrack is amazing. With lots of All American Rejects, and other stuff Ic an't remember.
And not only THAT, but People in Planes is actually IN the movie for a birthdy party scene. Yes. <3.

  • I just saw the movie, and while I was in the theatre, I heard 3 OK Go songs: 2 from the Employee of the Month trailor and once in the movie. OK Go is moving up and taking over the world. I pretty much had to be shushed to hold down my enjoyment.
  • This is an exciting thread!!
  • I'm not a very "old" fan (last November), but I'm so very glad I got in on things before all this. Everything right now is very very exciting.

Someone messaged the trinity to tell us it was in the movie, so I went knowing it was there. I felt so weird, like I was somehow the only one that knew this really cool thing, like they were my best friends and they were finally in a movie. Hhaha, I'm so obsessed sometimes.
  • That's one of my favorite OK Go songs of all time! How fabulous.
  • Ok, I fail and haven't heard this song before, anyone want to upload it for me? <3

But yay, OK Go in movies. They're cool enough that they just surpassed the radio and went right for movies and TV. Actually the first place I heard OK Go was on Queer Eye For The Straight Guy, haha.

Thanks much. Haha, this song is very cute, I like it. <333

Yay! I think I actually heard them there, liked them, kind of forgot about it..then a couple days later, someone else on a message board posted a link to their music, I listened and was like 'I've heard this somewhere before!....Queer Eye!'...and it's been love since then. biggrin.gif wink.gif
  • It's a cover of a Zombies song, by the way. The original is also adorable.

It's one of my favourite songs by them. Karleigh and I were listing our favourites of (yes, we're dorks and we do that), and she tried to argue with me that "TWBOY" doesn't count 'cause it's a cover, but I included it anyway. tongue.gif

I loooooooooooved Queer Eye and I was all excited when they announced that they were releasing a soundtrack, but this was December and the soundtrack wasn't coming out 'til March. They were still posting "songs we played in this episode" on the website, so I decided to make (read: download) my own soundtrack....except I couldn't find any of the songs....except for OK Go. So I downloaded their first record and loved it. And when I finally got the Queer Eye soundtrack, I immediately skipped to "YSDH." Hee.
