There is none! At least none that I know of! Connyfoo ordered a shirt that she designed that said that. That's about it. If she's got a story behind it, you'll have to ask her.
ahahaha my mom said that. When she first found out that Damian's last name was Kulash she started calling him (direct quote) "That Gulash Boy" ahahahahah I laugh everytime she says it.
