    I'm pretty sure I read that in one of her livejournal posts. How she made them sculptures or something, and Tim aparently ate his right away, and then she saw him and gave him a giant bag of gummy things the next time. I dunno. But anyways, no gummy things from me.

    haha! yeah! Alrighty. So it was her then. I'm always terrible with names and things. So I wasn't quite believing my memory. Do you know what she used to stick them together in sculpture form? Was it toothpicks, or just frosting or something? I'm sure it wasn't real glue or anything, lol. That woulda been interesting. That all reminds me of these ginger bread houses we'd make in kindergarten and first grade where the frosting stuff we made had raw egg in it, so they wouldn't let us eat our houses when we were done, and I always got so mad.

    I have no idea, but I want to say toothpicks because I kind of remember the picture of the gumdrop Tim and I think there were toothpicks holding him together.

    There's this great part in Depeche Mode 101 where Dave (Gahan) is walking around the dressing room discussing how he has to take steroids for his vocal cords and similar inflammation of the throat type stuff. So the camera's just following him around, he's talking about his "puffer" (you know, like what asthmatic people use - which I'm pretty sure is the method for taking said steroids)... And then all of sudden you realize, "Oh. Oh hey. Dave is in his skivvies. How about that?" Yep. Just black underwear and black socks. Walking around like nothing's strange about this scenario. My sister and I laugh hysterically every time we watch it laugh.gif [sigh] I love that man... Depeche Mode is my life ^^;;

    And I had TOTALLY planned on bringing the guys food! My initial thought was brownies, ironically enough. There must be something in the universal unconscious for OK Go + brownies XD And then I was like, "Awww. I wish I could just sit them down at my house for a good old fashioned home cooked meal." Since they're always on the move and probably have to eat crappy food a good portion of the time. Yeah. So. I have to think up a happy medium happy.gif

    And also, thank you for posting that vid of the dog vs. possum story, ezorvera!! Good stuff biggrin.gif (Although I sort of feel bad for Damian. He was literally surrounded. I would've gotten claustrophobic >.< Haha. But he's one fantastic storyteller, that's fo sho. Oh, that Kulash)

    I think you're right because I remember a lot of other fans saying that they were planning to bring brownies. I brought them the first time because Tim's audioblog was to bring things that smelled good and I thought, "Brownies smell good AND taste good."

    Yeah. There is something about brownies. It must be like that other thing where when asked to name any vegetable, most people say "carrot" or "celery", and then with fruit it's "banana". hmmm

    Well, it's not like they haven't been coming out at all. They did in Chicago on 11/10 (my note night), and I know some people met them after in San Diego 11/11, and they came out and talked after Irving Plaza 11/18. So it's not that it's never happening. I think it's just been more hit-or-miss this time around.
    Or maybe they had stopped for awhile like I theorized in the other thread but they're starting up again already. sad.gif for your timing luck if that's the case.

    I want to try that. It sounded kind of weird at first, but now that I've thought about it, it sounds kind of good.

    Chocolate cake with zucchini sounds very good to me and I just had a great Thanksgiving dinner and dessert last night. biggrin.gif Did anybody else who went think it was weird how cameras weren't really allowed? I almost got caught, which would have really sucked for a first show.

    oooooo... I LOVE chocolate zuchinni cake! my step-grandmother makes it with zuchinnis from her garden and its really really really yummy. you can't even taste the zuchinni. I'm guessing zuchinni bread would be similar, but bread-like (duh) and the zuchinni might be more noticeable (just a guess, I really don't know.)

    Actually, you really can't tell. Though, I've never actually eaten zuchini plain before, so I don't really know what it normally tastes like. The only thing with the bread is you can see the little bits of zuchinni in it; but I'm sure you can see them in the cake as well. They really stand out in the bread.
    K, well, at least I know what to make Damian next time! Or I could go get them a big platter of ribs, lol, cuz it sounds like they really like those

    well... I dunno- you can see them if you look for 'em in the chocolate cake. but it's all dark, so its only if you really look hard.
    its probably just because bread's usually a lighter color that you can really see the bits in teh zuchinni bread.

    and plain zuchinni is kind of boring, but I like it. mostly it tastes like water, I guess. the skin has a bit more flavor, but not a whole lot. I dunno, I think its yummy.

    Yeah. That was strange. Usually Great American doesn't care about cameras. I wanted to record a few songs, but I decided not to risk it. It's funny though because they said that camera phones aren't allowed and then Damian told everyone to take out their phones during Oh No.
