OK Go to perform "Father Christmas" on TV

JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (12:05 a.m.1:05 a.m.) With plenty of surprises to come, Jimmy will host an all-star lineup of guests for the holidays, including OK GO!, performing the classic holiday song by the Kinks, Father Christmas, on 12/20; Ryan Seacrest on 12/21 will discuss co-hosting Dick Clarks New Years Rockin Eve; Gnarls Barkley will perform a track from their self titled CD, with the band dressed as characters from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer on 12/21; and Hall & Oates will perform a song off their latest Holiday CD, entitled Home for Christmas, on 12/22.

EDIT:
I'm guessing it's the Wed night/Thu morning show as this link says 12/21.

    "Father Christmas" isn't my favorite rock Christmas song, but I'm sure the boys are going to do a good job on it. I'll have to remember to watch it. -makes a note-

    Yey! Finally showing their musical talent on tv with songs other than "Here It Goes Again." Love that song, but I have a tape of them singing that song over and over again during the past month.

    I know how you feel. I always watch them perform, but each time I think "why are you doing this one again? Why not show people your other amazing songs?" And of course I know that it's because of their video for HIGA that everyone knows. But that's just it- everyone knows that song. With any luck soon they'll start doing a range of songs on these TV shows. And maybe it will all start with this performance!

    ^^^Exactly! You just said everything I want to, but my fingers are too confused to type. Amen to all of the above.

    Lol, the Jimmy Kimmel show should be good though. He can be really creative w/ his shows. He once had the cast of Grey's Anatomy, and pretended they were all doctors visiting him in the hospital. The musical act that night were his roomates in the next bed over.

    They really don't have much say in what they perform. Their record company tells them which single to promote, and HIGA is their current one. They can't just play random non-singles.

    Yeah, what happened? I kept refreshing my computer, thinking it was something wrong with my Internet, but after an hour I realized your account was missing. I loved the Varity of OK Go videos you had.
