OK Go on "Las Vegas" (NBC TV show)

edited November -1 in OK Go
I already previously posted this news story in the Las Vegas thread but I didn't want the show news to be confused with the New Year's event or get lost in there. I also have a date now for this episode.

"Fleeting Cheating Meeting"

One of Ed's (James Caan) favorite former employees, Nicole (Kate Levering), returns to the Montecito for her first wedding anniversary with her husband, Ollie (Judd Nelson, guest star). However, Ed is suspicious of Ollie and forces Mike (James Lesure) and Danny (Josh Duhamel) to keep a watchful eye on him. Mary (Nikki Cox) and Sam (Vanessa Marcil) cannot come to an understanding of which guests are more important and fight for OK Go's (musical guest star) time to woo the VIPs. Molly Sims also stars.

  • Damian's talked about auditions he's done, too.
  • that's awesome!!!!
    i'm excited

goodness, all i say is awesome!
  • is this a comedy?
  • ^ i dont think so. its about some ppl that work at a casino. its a casino so there is weird, sort of funny stuff, but i dont think its a comedy.
  • no comedy, some drama that I have never seen.

But I guess this will be the first time I watch it then. I want to see Tim act all serious and lose his earnings on the slot mahine.
  • I just noticed that NBC posts all the episodes online the next morning so even if you miss it Friday night (or aren't in the US), you can still watch it. smile.gif
  • They did Les Miz at a show once or twice. They're pretty good actors. biggrin.gif
...Well, Damian and Tim atleast. I haven't the slightest clue about Dan and Andy.
  • Haha, it was waaaay more than once or twice. They've been doing it since they started touring.
  • I've always wanted to see the lads in a Monkees type show. (For those of you who don't know that show it was a comedy sitcom about a musical group) Or in some sort of variety show. Ah, but then they'd never go touring. sad.gif

They were always actors. Did you already forget about the Federal Truth in Music Project? happy.gif Admittedly, I don't know anyone but us boardies who watch those. huh.gif

Of course I haven't forgotten FTiM (how could I EVER forget Tim's dentistry?), but this is much, much bigger. FTiM was a funny little ditty online that the fans catch. Le Mis was a stage performance that fans and anyone else who attended a concert sees. This NBC thing just...scares me a bit, is all. Millions of people. It's almost like a big snowball, rolling faster and faster...

But nevermind. biggrin.gif I will completely and entirely shut up about it.

is there a link?!?!?!?!?!?! on youtube?!?!?!?!
  • Hmmmmmmm.
They are really into Las Vegas these days.
  • I've never watched Las Vegas before but I'll watch just for Ok Go. Can't wait! Ahahha..just like for 20/20, I never watch that but it was worth watching for the less than 5 minutes of Damian and Tim out of a 2 hour segment. Thanks for posting smile.gif
  • so will anyone be recording/ youtubing this? as I'm going to a concert that I'd kick myself for missing on that night.

Ahhh... you know you're obsessed when:
You consider missing a cd release party one of your favourite singers to watch another of your favourite bands appear on a sitcom.
  • That's so cool! Do they have lines, or are they just performing? Does anyone know?
