    I have at least got my web-cam working in one program from trying to experiment with this app. I have an HP notebook. The web-cam works with the program CyberLink YouCam but that's it for now. There is an option to use downloaded effects but the wtf file does not show in the list.

    yeah, there is a new version that you should download and give a read through the readme.txt file for full instructions.
    if it still doesnt work for you, let me know what version (mac/win/linux) and what specific problem you are having. also, in case it wasnt made clear (this helped a few other people out) you need to have a fully functional webcam on your computer for this to work.

    also, for those that do have it working, feel free to post a response video to the official WTF? video on youtube and we'll approve it asap.

    I don't have a webcam, because I am LAAAAME.

    it never worked with me even with the new download. like a window would open but it would just stay blank
