Just recieved my Spring Tour USB drive.. was very excited. Turned to very upset rather quickly as it appears to be blank. Anyone else got theirs to see if this is an isolated issue or what?
Ooh, that sucks that the USB is blank. Funny story about my USB, I didn't get it. BUT! I contacted MerchDirect and they were very helpful and sent out a replacement ASAP. As in, I emailed them on Monday and got my USB today.

Happy ending! (Get your mind out of the gutter, I didn't mean it that way) My replacement drive arrived today filled to the brim with happiness in MP3 format. Thanks and kudos to MerchDirect for their handling of the issue, couldn't have asked for better.
