    After listening to the previews a few times it sounds like another very good album overall. I'm especially looking forward to hearing "Another Set of Issues" and "The Great Fire."

    I have a question about the pre-order though. On that site it says that the digital download includes the EP when that gets released, and that the physical CD includes the digital download. Does that mean that pre-ordering the CD includes the EP?

    Yes, buying any of the pre-order options will guarantee that the digital-only EP gets sent to you on the day it is released (June 17).

    Haha, Andy does a good "Goodfellas" kind of accent. Loved the preview video! It's a much more upbeat sound than the previous album. :)

    So I FINALLY got my pledge in and saw the updates. Was anyone else reminded of Schmidt from New Girl in that video of Damian thanking us? Just the cadence of his voice reminded me of Max Greenfield's delivery.

    This is not a criticism. I <3 Max Greenfield. Just, yeah.

    But listening to both songs, they do sound very similar. I queued both songs to the point where they sing the similar lyrics.

    Also, "The One Moment" sounds like it's commercial ready. I can just visualize this song being used for car commercials. Or is it just me?

    Rachel, have you been able to figure out the third "And this will be..." in the chorus? I can't for the life of me understand what he's saying.

    Also, There's A Fire. Perhaps Damian is a secret pyromaniac...

    Also, The Great Fire from hungry ghosts (though that might not even be about fire, we wont know until october)

    I concur with Cinnamon Lips. "This will be the reason to have been here" sounds right to me.

    I ordered the signed CD w/ digital download and then came back later and ordered the "random box of stuff". I might go back for a 3rd order depending on what else pops up. I'm so happy that there's new OK Go stuff coming down the pipe!

    When I first heard the album preview, I was a bit disappointed. "Upside Down and Inside Out" seemed like it would be the first OK Go song that I actively disliked, "Obsession" sounded like a mediocre IWYSBICB clone, and the other songs didn't seem too memorable.

    The EP was good. "The One Moment" was great, and the other songs were pretty good. Yesterday I started looking around YouTube for live videos from the tour. I was amazed.

    "Obsession" could be their best live song. Of course I can't accurately judge it from the few videos I've seen, but it's really good. Damian's voice sounds great and Tim's huge guitar(!) riff perfectly adds to the intensity of the song.

    "Upside Down and Inside Out," which sounded like another bad pop song, has a lot of energy and a shockingly good melody.

    The songs from the EP are much better in the live recordings I've heard.

    Now, not only am I excited for the album, but I really hope they release a live album or USBs again. I also hope that they keep playing "Obsession" and "There's a Fire" until I'm able to go to one of their concerts.

    Overall, the album preview did not even come close to capturing the energy and power of most of the songs. It won't be OTBCOTS, but it might be close.

    I've listened to Obsession and Upside Down & Inside Out from concert recordings and puzzled out the lyrics. I think they are pretty close, but might need some tweaking since my ears were trying to pick things up through crowd noise. Also I feel compelled to mention that I'm OBSESSED with Obsession. Oh my gosh it's so gooooood!
