  • WHAT. WHAAAAAT. I have no access to TV tonight since I will be out seeing Grindhouse. Poop. But thanks for the heads-up! Ira Glass+Regina Spektor would probably be too much for my little heart to take anyway.
  • Oh poop, I forgot about my "hahahaha" remark. That was mean. I'm sorry. You're nice and I shouldn't have just been a bitch because I could. Happy 4/20
  • QUOTE (Electra @ Apr 19 2007, 09:48 PM) I do accept your argument, but that hasn't been the case in England since our gun laws changed after a similar incident happened at Dunblane. It has never been repeated here. Then I may just be overly cynical…
  • I honestly do not think I was being berating. Yes, I said that it was an unecessary topic to bring back, but it really was not a personal attack. It was just as berating to sarcastically comment back in a way that would prompt a response. But, …
  • QUOTE (agentnumone @ Apr 20 2007, 03:11 AM) Maybe one of his buds is a horcrux, i mean she always seems to tie neville into the story, i have a feeling hes more important than suspected... or im totally wrong and hes just there for comic relief I c…

  • Exactly. It wasn't a big deal then and it's not a big deal now. "Same side?" Jesus, this isn't elementary school. I'm sorry, I'm sure you're perfectly nice and great and all that and I understand you're think that you're supporting OK Go, but su…
  • Also, since that rumor has been circling forever, I'm starting to wonder if, even if Rowling had meant him to be a horcrux in the beginning, that she maybe has since changed it, otherwise it would be too expected for a good number of people.

  • HAHAHAHAHA. We could solicit the help of some teenage boys and rewrite the novels accurately. We'll call it Harry Potter and the Unfortunate Body Hair

  • Yeah, it's been all over the news for a while. I don't know about banning guns simply because, as often as it's repeated, "then only the criminals will have guns" seems to be a pretty accurate description of what may happen. If there is a demand f…
  • Hahahahaha. JK Rowling had obviously forgotten about adolescent hormones in her earlier novels.

  • Sometimes it's difficult to get sarcasm on the internet, but with her previous comments, it honestly sounded more obsessive about something that happened a while ago, rather than sarcastic. I'm pretty much beating a dead horse, but still, I just th…
  • QUOTE (jedi_grrlie @ Apr 19 2007, 02:01 PM) That´s also why I don´t think Harry´s going to die in the last book. So the kid has gone up against the only truly evil character for 17 years now and his reward is being killed off? It´s also against the …

  • Comic bookin' is still bookin.' I'm living across the street from a comic book store next year, so I plan to take advantage of that.

  • Agreed. The book is all about the ambiguity of good and evil, so Snape cannot do something so "evil" as kill Dumbledore and not have a corresponding act of good. It would just go against the principle of the books.
