kind of bored
and so i decided that since i had the week off, i'd come to providence from tuesday to friday and love with my brother at brown
its been nice so far
we just got back from eating gyros (damn good) and now im sort of bored...sigh. lol...what are you guys up to?

sara, do you say it like "jyros" or "geeros" or "yeeros" ??
cause in chicago they say "geeros" and in new york they say "jyros" (which is OBVIOUSLY WRONG!!!) and at greek islands and costas and all the other greek restaurants they say "yeeros" so.... im guessing the correct way to say it is "yeeros" but chicagoans pronounce every letter and new yorkers like to make up stuff.
but the greek guy here in providence who ran the damn shop said it that way too!!!

Yeah it is a general line, I'm going to check out the Spoon song. I think it's also in a Jason Mraz or whatever song. But i'm sure the Spoon one will be better. Thanks Sarah.

when it hought i couldnt look at guys anymore, everything started to seem pointless. and im so serious. like...quick example: msa east zone conference is in new york city this year. so allllllll the east zone msas will be there--and THAT=lots of cute msa boys. when i hadnt told my parents i dont want to marry sheraz yet and when i was semi-committed in my mind to him, i was like "this sucks! this conference will be so boring" but as soon as i am allowed to check guys out again, all the sudden, i am excited for the conference! everything loses flavor when you are committed. nothing seems to have a point any more.
so yeah...how are the brown guys?

i never want to leave. 3 hours of dance class everyday, and hot guys every 5 seconds? lol even his friends that are girls are hot. theyre friggin gorgeous
i feel so ugly and stupid around here...but its really great.
then we have a 2 hour intermediate modern dance class
which will be absolutely crazy because...i havent danced in like, months...i dont know if i could go for 2 hours, and also...i am NOT intermediate level in modern. i could do intermediate jazz sure, but i dont know anything about modern...or the way shes teaching it!!
and then we have a half hour break
then 2 hours of beginning jazz class. which i am excited about. jazz is my specialty, but i am still scared because owen says that his jazz teacher is crazy and that she makes them do 4 minutes of straight up crunches nonstop
which sucks...because i am horrible at doing crunches
i am sorry if this is all useless...im just really nervous. i havent danced in forever...what if they get all "you suck! get outta here!!" i'm also scared that i'll just be bad at it and i dont know if everything will still be the same..i havent danced in so long. too bad he doesnt take any ballet classes. that would be awesome. it's ok...i'll settle for modern. practically the same thing without turnout anyhow.
ahhh..he should be here in like, 10-ish minutes..i feel so nervous.
i just got back from well..being out
lol i went with owen to his classes. they were great. guess who was in his modern dance class?! donnatella versace's daughter...allegra beck. holy SHIT she was small as hell. not even kidding...she was just skin and bone. she was wearing tights too. and it wasnt like...im envious because youre so thin. it was more like...aw poor girl, she looks so sick.
but she was really nice and sweet so i feel so bad saying all that stuff
anyhow, the classes were great. i love it here at brown. we went out to dinner, and then we went and watched this video in spanish for my brother's spanish class.
we are back here at owens dorm...i just took a shower and now i am bored again.
lol i think tomorrow im going to owens theatre history class and ill be going with nadia to her organic chemistry class on friday.
like people in texas.

today i went with owen to his political science class
and we had sushi
and then we watched this group's version of shakespeare's 'measure for measure' that included modern and ballet pieces
it was really awesome
and now it is thursday night, which is a big party night here at brown because most friday classes are at noon
however, my brother has a huge spanish paper to write before we can do anything because he has to hand it in tomorrow ...so now i am really bored in my brothers dorm. 40 minutes until my birthday...its snowing violently outside, and its very quiet in here.
i knew ppl at brown would be cute! dude sara...are the brown ppl at brown cute? HAHAHHA. cause i know any paki guy that would be at brown would be rich...and dress really nicely. vowwww.

modern dance is so not exactly like ballet, lol!! theres no turnout, and theres a lot more...contractions, lol. it's not so much focused on the center because you use your whole body
and ALL of the people at brown are hot. even if they are brown. like, every 5 seconds i saw hot people...and even asian boys!! i am not generally attracted to asian boys, but my lordy..
