new york show at the northsix?

hey, any of you new yorkers here know about how strict or slack they are about ID at Northsix? I need to know this before I buy a ticket to the 4/9 show..... I'm only 17, you see, and they have an 18+ policy, but I know many clubs totally disregard their age policies and let you in even if you don't show 'em ID. Is Northsix one of them?
(sorry, I know this is kind of OT.)

    i've only been to one show at northsix, and it was all ages, but i have heard some accounts from other shows there. they are pretty strict about IDs. you definitely need one. however, if it isn't actually YOUR ID, i think it would probably be okay. for example, i went to a show at the bowery ballroom recently that was 18+ with a friend who's 17, and he borrowed someone else's ID, and there was no problem at all. the bowery is known for being strict about IDs, too.
    i don't know if you want to risk it, but there you go. you'll definitely need some sort of ID.
