Well it gives you music recommendations and all... and lets you see what other people are listneing to... and yeah.

I use it for groups on occasion (None of you are in the OK GO group! http://www.audioscrobbler.com/group/OK%2BGo) and, when the function works, to find some new artists I might like.

It sucks because when functions work they're great, but they always turn things off and on because they're tweaking em so often.

Mine's coming back with the unreadable error right now too, using the same plugin.
