I'm making a summer mix cd. I need suggestions of any songs that are about summer, are upbeat, whatever...any band, any genre except country--I have stuff ranging from Aerosmith to The Beach Boys to the Ataris, just name some songs.

    My #1 receommendation is "Summer Trippin'" by the Push Kings. It may be hard to track down, but it's the perfect summer song. In fact, most of their songs are 100% summery.

    I highly recommend anything by Locksley. They're very upbeat...British invasion influenced pop/rock. Love them!

    Oh my god, I'm absolutely in love with "Lyla". I've been singing it all day. I'm so happy that the new album turned out so much better than the last one.

    I liked the last album but i wasnt IN LOVE WITH IT...it was good but not fantastical!!!

    I like that song but over all im not a huge fan - i just thougth they could have gotten a better opener - but at the same time
    ITS OASIS - like who wants to compete with that LOL!
