bad days...

    I had a bad day. . . so I came here to post about it.

    I had ad sales for yearbook today. That's when the yearbook staff goes out around town and asks businesses if they'll buy advertisment space in the yearbook. My school is poor so they can't fund the yearbook.

    I got to miss school for 4 hours to get this done, and it was all excused. You may be wondering, "Why is she having a bad day then?" Let me say this, I had to walk around town in the rain. For 4 hours. I was all dressed up too. The rest of the staff wore their yearbook t-shirts that we got for free from the yearbook company, but I wanted to dress up because 1. It looks better for business, and 2. I wanted to dress up because it's fun (Everything I had on was so vintagey! yay!)

    So I got soaked, My hair looked like horrible because when it gets wet in the rain, it gets all wavy and bad. I don't mind waves but I have short layers so it looked pretty bad. It was like that for 4 hours. Ugh . . . . .

    ALSO, we didn't get a lot of businesses. We got a few but some said, "We'll call you back." Which means no. And this one business owner was a major asshole, saying that his ad last year wasn't in the yearbook (but he didn't pay for it, so it wasn't put in. That's what last year's staff said.) So he bitched my group and I out and we're new to this yearbook stuff. He was really mean and I felt like bitching at him but I kept calm.

    People are mean sometimes. It makes me mad.

    Today is a bad day. I just got over tonsillitis like last weeka dn I saw ryan on tuesday and I got it back (even tho he only had a sore throat, my bodt managed to turn it into tonsillitis) but its much much worse than before. My tonsils are so big they meet at the back of my throat and I can barely breathe let alone swallow to take the *counts* 20 tablets I'm taking a day to ease the pain and get rid of the infection. What makes it even worse is that its my best friend from Uni's birthday tomorrow, and I can't even go out to celebrate it with her because my throat is SOOOOO rubbish. I also got the smallest room in my Uni house which annoyed me too lol. But yea, tonsillitis is evil sad.gif

    I hate tonsilitis! I get it every year, sometimes twice. I still haven't gotten my tonsils taken out either. I tell my mom I want them out so I don't get sick again and she says, "OK, we'll do it over the summer so you don't miss school." But that never happens.

    I'm getting over a cold, but my throat is getting more worse every day. I forgot to mention that. I always seem to get sore throats. I hate it.

    haha yea apparently now that i've had it twice this year they'll take them out... and they better cos I get it soooooo much and its so painfull, and taking antibiotics loads is really bad for your body *le sigh* I WANT THEM GONE!

    ewwwww, that's really weird. It's like when a star fish loses a leg or when a lizard loses it's tail. blah, that's just strange.

    when a starfish loses a leg the body grows a leg and the lost leg grows a new body......freaky.

    my bad day. Last night I went to the hospital, waited for three hours to be seen (not that bad actually) and spent three hours there, got poked with a needle 4 times, had an IV, and was diagnosed with fever, dehydration, and a viral infection. Suuuuck.

    Yesterday I had to go to physical therapy, like you do, and the guy who did the ultrasound on my knee was very good-looking. I regretted my decision to skip shaving my legs that morning. *sigh* Not really a bad day, but sort of an unfortunate moment. I am also officially grossed out by starfish.

    Sorry to all of you who have been having true bad days. In the words of Charlotte from Charlotte's Web "chin up!"
