Hey, I'm new to the board... would anyone happen to have the Violent Femmes' cover "Prove My Love"? I'm ADDICTED to it, and it's ridiculous, since I only heard it once, at the show, and CAN'T get it out of my head!

sorry i dont have a recording i wish i did. but heres good news for ya back in august(?) when i saw ok go i told Damian how much i liked the cover and he said that they already have like most of it recorded and everyhting in his little home studio so next time they come out with an ep or whatever it will probably be on there Woo hoo!

I really can't ruin it cuz It surprsied the shit out of me. Like..I really really liked Ok go before the last show I saw them at but my love of them was taken to a whole new level when he does it. If someone tells you what he does, I don't want it to be me that ruins it. It's just...magical.

thanks darbie! i am in a strokes frenzy right now after i heard their new songs. but now i'm really confused about the routine cuz when i saw them in denver, they played prove my love but they didn't do anything out of the ordinary, they just...played (not that that in itself was not absolutely amazing - cuz it was!)

it was so awesome and i dont' know if it was a routine or just a spur of the moment thing.. but either way i thought it was such a cool thing to do!
