i date back to... January 2003 ish. though i checked the board out a little in like october 2002, just after the cd came out, but there were all sorts of weird people there, and so i didn't really stay until later. does anyone remember all of the odd people on the old board? i feel like they were probably the band being silly. i feel like that still happens occassionally these days...

"everyone, Burleigh (if I understand this correctly) had a fencing match with bling. originally they were going to have an old-fashioned duel, but burleigh has always been a public supporter of strict handgun laws, and he thought he might come off like a hypocrite after all was said and done. I guess something went wrong with one of the electric sensors in bling's fencing suit, and she got a little more than she bargained for. people say that she's now undergoing electro-shock therapy to try to undo what happened. for a while she apparently believed she was entirely made of oatmeal and she tried to eat herself with milk and raisins. but don't take my word for it. "
