    whats the book about?
  • Yeah what exactly IS the book about... and it's crazy about the MJ bust in your old neighborhood.
  • Lakoff, the writer, explains that much of the success the Republican Party can be attributed to a persistent ability to control the language of key issues and thus position themselves in favorable terms to voters. and how progressives like himself can beat them (republicans) at their own game.

and the examples he gives makes perfect sense
  • that sounds cool...I wish I read more. I spend too much time on the computer and reading stuff for classes that I haven't read a non-school book since the summer....it's pathetic.

Is everyone who's able to voting in their elections this november?

not to sound all anti bush, but after reading the book it does make me kinda depressed that country is not in better shape.

*yah the book is not that thick, so its like an easy read, once you start reading it, its hard to put it down cause it makes so much sense
  • Yeah I'm not much of a Bush fan either... I mean he might be a good guy... but he doesn't know how to lead..... and this is all I'll say about this.
