The next is the book I got from Tom.  It gives you "365 More Daily Instructions for Hysterical Living".  It's great.  Some examples:

"Day 79:  Apply for a Job You Don't Have a Chance of Getting"
"Day 164:  Today, Mouth Something Obscene to a Stranger"
"Day 227:  Today, Act Like You're Invincible"

And each day gives instructions, and examples.  You have to see the book to understand what I'm talking about I guess.  hahahahaha.

That reminds of these other two books, "This Book Will Change Your Life" and "This Book Will Change Your Life Again." They give you a challenge to do every day, and you have to write about it in the book. The only challenge I can remember right now is "Rage Against the Machine Day," on which you were required to lash out at any appliances that piss you off. biggrin.gif

I got far far far too much stuff....let's see...

*Bath and Body Works lotion and shower gel in Sweet Pea
    *Victoria's Secret Pink pajamas (biggrin.gif)
*Vicky's undies, too (haha, like y'all needed to know that...)
*This little iron patch that says "Hottie" on it from my 10 year old cousin, biggrin.gif He's so cute. He even wrote "To Katy, from your little Peanut" on it, 'cause that's what I call him all the time.
*A pink Dooney and Bourke charm It purse (!!!!)
    *Clothes
    *Old Navy pajamas
*Aeropostale pajamas (it was the year of the pajamas)
    *Candles
    *A $50 Macy's gift card
*A pink polka-dotted fleece blanket from Old Navy (also, please note how EVERYTHING I own is pink...)
*Hollywood Pink lotion and spray (see what I mean?)
*Fake play food from my brother (he made me cry....I looooooove fake food, and it was so cute....)
    *A $25 Starbuck's gift card
    *Socks (haha)
*Felicity's (you know the American Girl doll?) riding habit, which I've wanted for my collection for years
    *An Afghani vest for bellydance
    *Ummm, and money

I don't quite know what I'm going to do with all this stuff....
  • I got a Zen Nano...it's pretty awesome...I'm not much for Ipods --I mean, if I'd gotten one that would've been fine, but I didn't really care what I got as long as it held music and then played it for me tongue.gif

I also got a three piece luggage set! Woohoo! You know you've left childhood far behind when you get excited about luggage! lol --But now I am so ready for my trip to England!

    I love Christmas!
  • hey hey hey

Zen Nano- That's what I just got too!

    go us!
  • I think it's so cute! It makes me happy! lol

    We rock! cool.gif
  • I've been hanging onto my CD player for the longest time, refusing to get an iPod to show "hey! Look at me! I don't need an iPod!" So, for the past few years, I just toted around all of my CDs (quite a few o' em I must say). However, this Christmas, I gave in and finally asked for an iPod.

I must say, it's the best invention ever. I'm totally and completely obsessed with it's majesty. If I didn't know any better, I'd make a shrine or something... except not really, because that would be creepy.

Seriously, it's fucking awesome. I can Shuffle now!

(though, I must admit, I will always have a place in my heart for my CD player with it's "your mom" sticker and the huge "OK Go" sticker on the back that I got from a concert. That thing is irreplaceable)
  • my creative zen touch beats any form of i-pod mainstream poop =p

"quick! mug that man with white earphones"
  • I didn't get that much, but I did get a DVD burner. It took forever to install. I also got new headphones, but my dad was an ass and got pissed at me, so he broke my headphones.

OH AND TORONTO MAPLE LEAF TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!

    booyakaFRIGGENsha!

^ I want that gift!! Ive never seen a Hockey game... Ive seen Blue Jays games and A Rapors game, but neva a leafs game

its weird because I loooove hockey more than any sports

hehehe... you guys will laugh and critisize me if I tell you what I got... I got the Ok Go Cd FINALLY!!!! I held off listening to most of the songs on the CD because I wanted to be suprised and explore the CD when I got it. Which by the way the temptation was killing me. When you guys would be talking about a song or some thing I would be lost.

Yesterday I spent the whole night watching the JR devision hockey tournament (CAN vs FIN) on low volume and listening to the CD at the same time... it was bliss...

Also FINALLY im supporting them (money wise) because the two shows that I seen them at I got in for free... my sis won tic's the firts time and the other show was free...

I also got a smashing orange, two tins of Parline cookies and some lip gloss...and a sweater my cuz called "Crazy cool"... or i think thats what he said...
  • What's a smashing orange? *Praline* and Congratulations on finally getting the CD. I'm sorry you had to wait this long, but what a great christmas present, huh?
  • this rocking sweet chocolate orange...image

it has reall orange oil in it!!!! and it tastes like orangy chocolate and PLUS it rocks my world... not really... but it does taste goodie
  • I love those things, but you don't really smash it, you just have to whack it on something once to loosen the chocolate pieces. If you smash it too hard it will crumble, and then it doesn't look like an orange anymore. I think they have raspberry ones now too. MMMmmm. tongue.gif
  • I try to smash them to oblivion so that when Im sharing it with my family they only get a small piece... laugh.gif and the rasberry ones suck
  • REally?! Cause raspberries are my favorite, and peaches. They should make a peach flavored one! And that's a smart way to share. ohmy.gif I should do that. Thanx.
  • i got a record player!!!
