    Arizona! Ooo, British people visiting my lovely state. Just a heads up, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is the best part. But either way, it's an interesting hole in the ground. I have fear of heights and an irrational fear of holes in the ground, so I've never bothered venturing near the canyon. Neverthless, I thought I'd give my two cents.

    -Today, while walking to school, I passed by one of the usual playgroups around campus. All the kids hold onto a length of rope as they are led down the street (to keep trqack of all of them), hence why my roomies and I refer to them as "kids on a string." So, as I walked by, a mom was dropping off her kid. As their friend came to join onto the rope, ALL of the other little kids went over and just hugged the incoming child. It was the honest-to-God cutest thing.
    -listening to the Go! Team and feeling big and competent and wonderful
    -Did I mention the SAMUEL BECKETT, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Philip Glass collaboration??!
    -The Princess Bride. Still. It never gets old.

    Well my girls too, but my good friend Jason has a band and their CD release party is tomorrow night so that's the reason i'm going.

    - Having seen Maximo Park... AMAZING!! I was so close to the stage, got perfect pictures and... OMG it was crazy!!!!
    - While at concert, I was wearing my OKGo Shirt and... who would have thought? Got pointed at... "that girl is wearing an OKGo shirt, look!!" See, the band is not that huge here in Germany and that was really a surprise

    long story short? there was a fight between the 8 guys i was staying with and their neighbors... the jackass neighbor came in and lunged at my friend's boyfriend, and i simply grabbed his shirt, and in doing that, my friend ethan took a punch to the face, and pushed the guy back (as i was pulling his shirt) and he flew back and my hand SOMEHOW managed to be wedged between the doorknob and the wall... and the jackasses massive body.

    it was retarded. and yes. i thought it was weird when i typed it out. i was like 'pinky' haha pinky.
