It is really cute. You did a really good job making it. It'd be a cute buddy icon. It kinda reminds me of a strobe light though haha.

I don't think it could ever be a buddy icon, though. The file is far too big (there are 16 frames). Maybe if I cut some of it out. **shrugs** we'll see. If you like the avi, I made a buddy icon of it.
