Hard-Fi

Saw them in concert last night ..and they were amazing. Phenomenal, if you will. Richard (the lead singer) was breathtaking. I swear, that man had ridiculous amounts of energy, and they were still on British time, so technically they should've been sleeping.

If you have an opportunity to see them while they're in the States, I highly recommend it. One of the best concerts I've ever been to. Hard-Fi.com ..check'em out.

    Hard-Fi are great. It was my favourite album of last year. They're up for two Brit awards as well...

    So 76, plenty of people do give a shit about them.

    I'm not that sure I like Hard-Fi...

    I'm so not into the commercial sound they have. Infact, I don't erally like many new bands I've heard/seen recently. Other then The Cinematics, who rock my world haha.

    Ok, Carin, I'm not gonna lie, your enthusiasm for Hard-Fi just might convince me to go see them next week, even though it's on Sunday. I'm such a wuss these days that I was in pain for much of today, but We Are Scientists' goodness was worth it last night.
    So, I'm leaning towards a Yes for Hard-Fi next week, thanks to your and Pandy's enthusiasm for them. biggrin.gif

    I like their album a lot and I saw their show a couple of months ago. The guys were so energetic, the crowd were crazy, it was a good show. Particularly Hard To Beat live was so cool (my favorite are Tied Up Too Tight and Middle Eastern Holiday, btw). But I thought it was not their BEST performance because Rich seemed to lost his voice and I couldn't hear the bass sometimes.
    All the guys except Kai came out after the show, they were surrounded by lots of people. Ladies love Rich's eyebrows wink.gif.

    I can't recommend Hard-Fi enough either. I haven't yet seen them live, but they're top of my "To See" list! One of very few albums I'll listen to in any mood - If I'm happy it'll keep me happy, if I'm down it'll cheer me up! And every song is just so catchy. Hmm, think I'll go and put it on now!
