My love for Jane magazine is complex.
Oh, Jane magazine, how you confuse me.
I usually have nothing but praise for you. You have brought many great things to the world (and my mailbox). Witty and enjoyable articles that are unsually intelligent (for what is 2/3 fluff, anyway). A lovely senior writer/editor, Katy McColl, who spells her name the same was as me. Damian Kulash of OK Go, naked.
However, I was particularly perturbed by the fact my February issue did not show up in my mailbox, thereby forcing me to finally go out and buy it. This is partially because I cannot function on a month-to-month basis without Jane, but mainly because a little birdy told me that page 50, there was a small spread featuring all of the guys from OK Go at a recent party/concert (fully-clothed this time).
But what's with calling the guys "the OK Go" all the time? Where'd the mysterious definitive article come from? And I understand that Lacoste was the sponsor for this particular event, but I'm of the strong opinion that Damian, Dan, Rusty and Tim are hotness personified even without their "swank Lacoste fashions." And making Damian hold up that poster of his naked self? Can you say "awkward"?
Regardless, thank you, Jane magazine, for realising the awesomeness that is OK Go and saying such nice things about them, like "We want to hug them all" and "Get the album, already. Actually, get three and give them out to your pals." I look forward to the day when I can see a full-fledged article on OK Go in your magazine, in which their latest album is finally correctly idenitified as Oh No. (Not On No. Which is what you called it. Fyi.)

Call and complain! They should credit your account for another month. If you'd called when the Feb mag was still out, they may have just resent it to you. However, buying it from the newsstand allows you to pick out the most pristine copy... so there are merits in that for sure.
If I don't get next month's issue, I'll call and complain. I'm not sure if my subscription ran out (though I'm sure they would have told me)or if it accidentally got mailed to my home address because I was having stuff forwarded for a while, but yeah. There will be no more of this.
