Boys were good (when are they not)
SWR was good...
I people watched
Lots of squealing and "*pant* Damian your so hottttttttttt*sigh*"
A little too much squealing.
But the performance was amazing.
And the amount of people I heard go up to one of the boys and say "Oh, my God, I saw your video online and it was amazing" was hilarious. And you should know that about 4 of these people I saw were grown men saying this (we're ignoring the fact that these grown men were drunk).
My pictures came out laaaaame. I got a couple good ones.
I did enjoy the little projector of tacky-wallpaper. It was enjoyable.

Did you talk to the lads at all?
I talked to Dan a little bit, but he was a little bit more than tipsy. And smiling a little too much.
Tim was being swarmed, didn't talk to him much.
Andy... no chance of even talking to him.
Damian was too busy being bombarded by my friend, but I did talk to him about how I was angry he wasnt coming with P!ATD (I had to explain to him how he wasn't coming to the Tucson show) and then bugged him to come to Scotland (He said no to St. andrews--the small town I'm in-- and supposedly yes to Edinburgh in September... supposedly).

I WANNNNNTTTEDDDD TOOO GOOOO!!!!!! I AM SOOO JEALOUS!!! THEIR ONLY SHOW IN AZ IN FOREVER AND I MISS IT BECAUSE IT WAS ON A MONDAY!!!! But it sounds like the show was amazing and you had an amazing time!!!
But Arizona isn't that big, you could always drive.
Some of us have lives, Karleigh.
I'm glad to hear you had a rather good time, Spongie! The squealing does get a little annoying, and all of the "OMG I SAW YOUR DANCE!" comments are kind of laughable. When I was talking to Damian, there were these three girls who were like, "So who choreographed that dance?!" and I was about to be like, "Damian's sister, duh...." and then I remembered, errr.....that's no my job...and that's actually not that much of a well-known fact, really....haha.
I have a life, a life devoted to OK Go. It's not pathetic, it's fun.

Whoa, the second I posted this, Podcast #4 with Trish came on. WEIRD.
I don't even have to say anything. Everyone has obstacles. Let's leave it at that.
Woah, Amanda's a dedicated fan, and she's been around longer than I have! ... but yeah, some of us don't want to waste so much of our time to see a band we like, or just don't have the resources to. Hell, my friends and I drove 24 hours straight to get to Canada for a show, but I wouldn't do it again.
Poison, some Oasis lyrics are coming to mind right about now.
rejectedsponged i'm glad you had a good time at the show.
on another note... i got my tix for the houston show in june...yippeee!!!
oh and guess what i'm going to see journey/def leppard and chicago/huey lewis and the news. i'm soo happy.
People with big attittude who think they're the shit don't belong on this board. Check your ego at the door.
Dude
I would drive a week to see them (well... YOU know what I mean)... but that's if it was up to me. I'm still at that point in my life where it's up to my parents, and well, just getting them to let me go downtown is a tough task at hand.
Hahah the boys were talking about how hot it was. Damian was funny about it as usual. Ummmmmmm I just wish they brought rain with them like they did that one time...
I know. They do have a way of bringing the rain. We shall see if they can make it happen again.
I said something for the same reason that I said something about the incessant spamming: things have been crazy around here and many people are leaving because of it. That shouldn't happen.
Don't Look Back In Anger is in my All-Time Top 5 Songs, for sure.
And as much as the Kansas City debacle-wisened part of me would discourage people from traveling far to see a band, that would be ridiculously hypocritical of me considering where I was last weekend.
And I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.
P.S.: And on that note, when a certain band FINALLY comes back to America, I think there's gonna have to be some roadtripping going on. Pam, Carin, care to join me?
