    Not really. It's still their song. I'm assuming they'd get compensated for it somehow....however little compensation they'd be entitled to.....

    Not if they pick some random airhead who has no idea who they are. That's kind of weird that they wouldn't want a guy singing about his mean ladyfriend.

    My friend is actually a really huge fan of OK Go and was honored to even be considered to do the ad...so no worries there

    Aw, I didn't mean your friend! I figured if she was your friend she would at least know a lot about them, it was when you said that they were considering using another girl's version that made me think they were going with something cheesier and more marketable.
