Rockers OK Go are the latest band to cause an internet sensation.
This time it's not about download sales, it's about a crazy dance routine - performed on treadmills.

Net-users have downloaded the video from the YouTube website in their millions.

Newsround caught up with Damian and Tim from the band to find out about the vid and the single it promotes - Here It Goes Again.

We were so inspired by what we heard that our presenters decided to give the dance a whirl themselves - with mixed success!

How did the vid end up online?

In their starting positions...
We choreographed a dance so on stage we could drop our instruments and break into dance - you don't see that at rock shows very often!

While we were practising it, we made a home video. We showed it to our friends and they loved it. We put it on the internet and after six months basically the whole world had downloaded it!

What are your hopes for the single?
It's broken all kinds of online video records, but we've no idea what that means in terms of the single.

We're really glad the people like it so much - the fact that the whole world has seen it is incredible for us.

What was it like making the vid?

Wiggle this way, wiggle that way
The treadmill video is dangerous. We were lucky that no-one had to be hospitalised.

There were lots of bruises and scrapes and rubber burns. It's tough when machines get the better of you!

How did you film it?
It was filmed in one long take. It took us eight days to learn the routine and we spent three hours doing it over and over again with the video camera running.

Our presenters are copying you - what's your advice?

Pretend to be cowboys. Yee-ha!
Don't try it!

But if you are going to try it, keep your balance low and your spirits high.

It's all about looking forward - feeling yourself in the future.

Start slow and get faster!
