I've been trying to get tickets from the ThePhoenix.com website by signing up for the free mailing list. Haven't had any luck has anyone won them from the radio station or actually gotten the mailing list to work? I hope that I'll be able to find a way there!
Anyway, I asked a friend of mine who's in one of the opening bands, and he doesn't even know how this is working. I think you may have to pick up your Pheonix.com tickets somewhere in the city? No idea. Maybe you should call WFNX and ask them what's going on.
I live down the street from where they were playing, as the Avalon club is down the street from my university. And I was waiting to go to this performance for months. But gaaaah! It was 21 + and I'm 20. So waaah!

I looked at the mailing list thing before I figured out it was 21+ (grumble grumble), and it looked much too confusing.
They've given away plenty of tickets over FNX, though.
I'd try calling/emailing fnx, like katy said.
