Can we say pointless??
So just got a letter from Netflix right, saying "Jennifer, you've got a free Netflix trial waiting to be activated...." That's great... except I've been a Netflixer for almost a year now (like 2 weeks shy) I actually had 2 DVDs in the mailbox with this letter!!

I was also kinda irked that they're talking about my "free trial" like it's some special deal that I get with this mailing... like everyone in the world doesn't get a free 2 weeks when they sign up

chkl, i think its just easier to send everyone that stuff. Hey, what do you do if you lost the pre-paid envelopes? can you just send them in any regular envelope?
In fact I look at the address, and if it's anywhere other than Little Rock I throw the envelope away, I only send them in LR envelopes... no sense in me waiting for that DVD to go to California, when I can send it just down the street
Perhaps... but they had my name and address... how hard would it be to query their database and throw out and duplicates... I can't be the only dupe that got one, that's 40 cents a pop, yo.... adds up!!
