So, my email today was particularly eventful.
Ok Go is playing the "mix98.5 Freeloader Festival" at the Avalon. It's December 8
unfortunately, it's 21+
(this makes five, btw. five boston shows with age restrictions I can't go to in the past 14 months)
tickets
here(in other news, I'm going to see Les Miserables in NY over Christmas vacation! I saw my dad's email and silently flipped out, haha.)

YAY! Les Mis :]
And I was waiting to go to this performance for months.
But gaaaah! It was 21 + and I'm 20.
And when I found out they were going to be here again on Dec 8, I was soooo happy!
And then look- here it goes again! 21+!
Actually, I really think they should play somewhere where it's not 21+. simply because, in terms of college students, no freshman, no sophomores, and even most juniors are excluded.
And then of course, there's highschool students and even junior high kids who I'm sure would love to go.
They would have a much bigger audience if it weren't 21+.
I think they should play somewhere where it's not 18+.
I could seriously list five Ok GO shows that I haven't gone to because they've been age-restricted and I'm only 16.
I'm not going to, but I could.
I still haven't seen them live because of it.
I mean, they play all-ages shows basically everywhere else- or they have in the last year or so. But not boston. its sooo depressing.
