Those three shows were AWESOME. If people want, I can copy and paste my (LONG) articles on the three shows to the boards. I just don't want anyone to get sick of me just yet.
if u go onto the okgo zine topic and copy/paste ur reviews that'd be fantastic, I'd love to read em thanks
Definitely post the reviews! What did you write them for?
I've never really had a nickname. There's not much to do with Sarah. (and a belated point: I put my name in my sig because I know nobody would remember it otherwise haha)
Definitely post the reviews! What did you write them for?
I wrote them for my livejournal, so that I could tell the majority of my friends about my totally awesome OK Go weekend without having to tell the story over and over, and then I reposted them on my facebook page and on the "OK Go for Grownups' group on Myspace.
So I'm fairly certain that there are a number of people who are totally sick of me by now. ;-D
It's really long. It equals 6 1/2 pages in a normal single spaced format in a word program, lol
We have the same profile song! At the Sacramento show, when they were playing that song, someone pulled out a dollar and Jonass took it with his mouth.
Welcome. It's wonderful to see you guys coming on over. But please do not post new threads before reading that there are already old ones in existence. For instance:---Seeing multiple threads asking questions when there's a thread for questions, or posting random Ok Go related topics that could really go in the General Discussion forum.---These things are making the board look disorganized, messy, and chaotic. Do a search on the board's search engine before posting a random topic.
I don't want to sound like a bossy type, but someone has go to say it. It's sort of been an unspoken rule around here that the board is organized and informative, without a lot of meager pointless threads. It's only natural that a lot of the new people here aren't aware of this.
Let's keep our board informative and organized while fun at the same time! ~Tempe
although, I would say that usually I think along the lines of anything at all Ok Go related going in this forum, and the general discussion is for non-Ok Go related topics, but that's just me.
either way, we want our newbies to stick around, but we really don't want to see important topics drowned in trivial topics, either.
there really needs to be a sticky/announcement to this effect at the top of all of the forums.
hmm... maybe its time for Mr. Mr. Mr. Jorge, Whom I Adore, Whom I Adore, Whom I Adore to make some *gasp* moderators? although, I do like the fact that we don't have mods.... I dunno.
