In my opinion, if you're good at something, the money and the fame will come naturally. And money is not a bad thing- we all have to get food on the table. To me, being a sell out means you change your personality, style, image- who you are- and make yourself into someone that fits the mold for what's popular at the moment. Money and fame became first. But for people like that, the fame of today will be gone tomorrow. To be an artist and not a sell out, you have to be true to yourself and true to your art- and that's exactly what Ok Go is. And, fame and money comes naturally with that kind of artistic brilliance- the art becomes immortal and the fame lasts forever.

I have no wish to be clever or smart in a speech that clarifys and presents my opinion on the subject matter, most here have stated what I believe too.
All I have to say, short and sweet, is that OK Go is awesome. I know to be successful in the music industry you have to be popular and well-known, unfortunately. I want Damian, Tim, Andy, and Dan to have a suitable lifestyle for the rest of their lives. OK Go is my life, if they were to wither away due to financial problems I'd be furious and enraged.
As much as it pains me to think about it. OK Go will have to be shared with the rest of the world, that is how more fans are accumulated, and that is how they become successful. We will just have to share is all. *shrug*

I don't think they sold out. I would think that all of us would be proud of them to get on TV and stuff. I mean, I'm happy for their success.
