  • Just a little blurb from today's news:

    You Tube talent
Four Mt. Carmel High School seniors have danced their way to Internet fame. Alyssa Schott and friends Carly Tremblay, Brooke Ellison and Katie Everds have just won a national dance video contest on You Tube sponsored by the rock band, OK Go.

For their routine, the girls, disguised as the four male band members, mimicked the band's “A Million Ways” video using the same backdrop. They had a slight advantage, though. After practicing for two weeks, they used the sound stage and editing facilities of Four Square productions where Alyssa's dad, Buz Schott, is the CEO.

The contest winner was announced Jan. 17 – Alyssa's 18th birthday. Their prize? They will be flown to an OK Go show (no date as of yet) to dance on stage with the band.
