i'm going to college, guys!

so, uh... i haven't been here in a while.

but i used to be hardcore when i was in 8th grade.... lol and a freshman in high school.

oh, how times have changed.

anyway, i'm finally going to college! whoo i'm going to brown, guys! let's party. laugh.gif

    ohmy.gif I want to do that, too! Well, not the french, but the neuroscience. What'd you take in high school to get there? Just out of curiosity...

    well, i'm not entirely sure how they decided that i'd be ok for the major..

    but i've literally taken every science class that my school has offered.

    so i wrote all of my essays about my love for science.

    and i guess women in science are rare these days... plus i'm pre-med, so i just listed all of the pre-med programs i've already done.

    Oh goodness. Every science course ever? I think my school only offers the 3 basic ones (chem, bio, physics) and exercize science. (I'm taking all of those! Yes!) All my science courses I'm taking in night school though. Would that sound good on an essay? Maybe... probably not... I'm such a loser... lol. My spare time right now basically consists of attending chemistry class and studying for it when I can find the time... sleep.gif

    Which pre-med courses have you taken already?

    I feel so bad asking so many questions. unsure.gif

    Maybe you should look into minoring in Semiotics. tongue.gif

    Although I believe that if you're in pre-med, you're required to have a certain amount of courses in a second language. I'm assuming you took French in high school? I took it in hs too, 4 years of it and some in undergrad, but sadly it's gone from my vocab now sad.gif .

    actually, i took ITALIANO in high school, but i really want to do something different. haha.

    and i live right next to the new jersey school of medicine, so i signed up for this pre-med honors program where i go for a 2 hour intensive every week on a different specialty.

    and my school had a lot of science electives, so i took astronomy, environmental science, zoology, etc. haha my favorite subject is most definitely chemistry and it's one of my essay topics.

    dont feel bad about asking questions. =) anything to help out with the college app process... its reallly hell.
