Here's the report I got from my friend Rebecca, who was there to see The Fray:
"hehe!! lets go sang don't bring me down. the rest of the concert got rained out!"
"Lets go". Without even proper apostrophe usage. I clearly do not talk to this girl enough, because if she spent more time conversing with me, she'd Freaking Know OK Go.
Jones Beach *is* a completely outdoor venue at least from the audience perspective, so if it rained I can see the rest of the show getting cancelled. And now I'm glad I don't live on Long Island anymore. Well, I was glad that I didn't live there anyway. But now I'm extra glad.
Edit: here's the continuation of the conversation:
Me: LOL, They're OK Go, not Let's Go. So wait, do you mean to say that they did one song and then the Heavens opened? Did you not get to see the Fray even?
Rebecca: you are correct.. it was very dissapointing.. (sic)
Wow. Our boys came out, did the COVER song, and that was it? That seems a little strange.

I love your problem with her grammar as well as her ignorance of OK Go
How come they started with a cover? They don't normally do that, do they?
"Lets go," HAHAH.
I was so confused when I read that. Then I read on and understood. Let's go. I think that's the name of my OK Go cover band.
