    i just noticed that there is a diner near me called THE FAMOUS 7 STARS DINER or something like that. I drove past it the other day and was like "wait, whoa!"

    I would have guessed John was your favorite, but Nick makes sense. And yes, JT has aged pretty well.

    Kikky/7stars: At this moment I happen to be listening to "Jump, Jive, An' Wail" by Louis Prima. I took Lindy Hop in Seattle in 1998-99, and I miss it.

    Haha. After watching everything and listening to all of the commentaries on all three of the movies, I'm pretty good at understanding New Zealand accents too.

    Very cool. I tend to bring up old names that nobody else knows these days like Shecky Green. I saw Don Rickles in Vegas last year and he pointed to someone in the audience and said "You look like Shecky Green." I don't know if any of the younger audience members know that name.

    Not being kind; just being honest. You do have an amazing voice. I had certain obligations and wasn't able to stay out too long, but it would be cool to hang out again. You can be my Damian magnet.

    Fel posted about it, and now I'm obsessed with it.

    And the chain continues as you've got me hooked on it. It kind of is like The Office with a NZ accent. And the really, really weird thing is that their apartment building (or rather, the exterior) is literally 4 blocks away from where I lived for a while and I hated every minute of it. I hadn't thought about that neighborhood in so long, but I do remember walking home on The Bowery at 3 AM every Tuesday & Thursday night after being out dancing. I have to say, that neighborhood where they live is a dump. You couldn't pay me to move back anywhere near the Lower East Side anymore.

    Oh I LOVE Flight of the Conchords. I remembered someone posting about it here, and then my partner at work mentioned it, so I've been watching it on Youtube! In fact, I posted a link to the "She's So Hot - Boom!" song over on the Damian is Hot thread!

    youtube sucks. I'm so sick of their 10 minute limit and the fact that they've pulled out all of the daily show. Stage6, Dailymotions and Veoh.com are soooo much better for video sharing. And then there's the many free tv online sites. Youtube doesn't live up to the competition; the only advantage it has is that it's been around longer so is more known (not to mention its promotion money).
