Celebs Who Love OK Go
Sitting at home, i have been pondering...How am i going to go about introducing myself to all the wonderful people on the OK Go boards without seeming awkward. hmm...
Then this topic came into my mind! The title says it all. I realized that i've actually been harboring a desire 2 know what celebs dig OK Go as much as OK Go digs pingpong! and also, I'd like 2 introduce myself to you all. I've been an avid reader of the Ok Go forum for about half a year now but i've never really gotten an account until now. I'm totally obsessed with OK Go so much to the point where my friends simply turn their heads and act like they dont know me when i get overly excited about hearing or seeing OK Go in random places. Which brings me to this topic.
Long story short, I've become obsessed with this awesome book Twilight by Stephenie Meyer ( teenie, I know, but its an awesome book!). And browsing Ms.Meyer's site, i come upon a picture of her wiht OK Go. I become so ecstatic and i practically jump out of my seat. I ask my friends to pinch me, though they do not feel the excitement that I do. So i turn to you guys, the hardcore lovers of OK Go. And I was wondering. what other celebs love OK Go??!
So thanks for bearing with me and reading my superfluously long introduction of myself and my topic. I hope that I can become part of this wonderful Ok Go forum family and that we'll have lots of laughter and OK Go fun along the way. =D

Erm, to answer your question, I think there's a picture of Rufus Wainwright wearing an OK Go shirt, floating around on the boards, that Damian (?) gave him. I'd provide a link, but I'm kinda link-retarded. Perhaps someone else can help?
Nah, that's not weird. I once giggled when my friends and I were at the gym on treadmills. I turned to her and was like "you know what this reminds me of?" and she wearily replied with "don't you dare say it, I'm not gonna hear it!"

First of all, Tapegrl, welcome to the boards! It's so amazing that you should mention "Twilight." I was at that concert! It was an awesome concert. It was part of a major football tournamet's pregame party. You needed tickets way in advance to go to the pregame. No one knew Ok Go was going to be there. In fact, the concert was originally scheduled as a free event for all. At the last minute, it was changed. We all snuck in. I wasn't with Stephanie and her friends. We all met and got aquainted afterwards waiting to greet Ok Go. As we were leaving, one of her friends tells me, "Did you know, she's a NY Times Best Seller." Stephanie almost blushed. She was very modest about it. Stephanie Meyer is a very nice woman. Very sweet. Hey, and that picture was taken on my camera.
Doesn't Justin Timberlake love OK Go? Or is it just the whole treadmill thing he loves? Either way, it counts!
