It's completely random, as far as I can tell. I reloaded the page a few times and it was in a completely different order each time.
... wow...that really is ... i mean, ok, OK Go are not that huge in europe (at least not in germany) but i thought... and apart from the arctic monkeys it seems no decent band made it.... no maximo park, no the view... i hate mtv right now... and all those people who don't know what good music is...
unfortunatly, the number of people that don't know what good music really is is far superior since they've voted (though i don't reeeeally think that all of the nominees are there because everyone voted...MTV must have pulled some stings too )
aw, the mtv-is-evil theory, yeah... it's true, i guess if every single member of this board voted everyday over and over again for good bands it would not have changed all that much,...

as long as they keep airing "hunting for witches" at the same time that i eat breakfast it's good to me that and "girls who play guitars" now and then eheh
