Hey Everybody! Thanks for the kind words about my lil ol' write-up. Truly, it wrote itself. Except for the Silver Pants song. That, yeah. I think I need to finish the entire song. Stay tuned.
Ooh. I did get some pics. Granted, they're not of the boys, but they're pretty okay nonetheless. Here are two:
This is the view from my room.
And this is what the tickets looked like.
On the way out of the show, the gestapo were giving away all the tickets they collected from people getting into the show. I picked up an extra two. Since I got two tickets originally, and my friend had to bail, I'm the proud owner of my very own keepsake from the show. Which means I have two (slightly damaged) tickets left over. If you want one of them, PM me and I can mail them to you.
And if you're bored and want to see the rest of the pics from the trip, including my pal for the drive, click here.
wow, I am seriously not focusing on my paper. But that's ok...I got all night.
Anyway, I clicked your link to your flick and my eye caught this:
That is so cool. What were they saying?
Well, they're signing one of the treadmills from HIGA. Somehow, I don't think it's one of the actual ones they used, but it was a radio promotion thing, so it might be?
At the in-store acoustic set, everyone put in their name to win the treadmill. It was never announced who won. I just hope that whoever won it is an actual OK Go fan and would cherish it, along with their sigs and not chuck it in the alley.
I can't believe that this was the first time I'd ever seen OK Go. Believe it or not, I'd only heard HIGA on the radio and never saw the YouTube videos. Talk about a pleasant surprise when you see the boys live. Not to mention falling hook, line and sinker. Especially when Andy was playing the glockenspiel.

Cool! So that's what Kirksville looks like! Beckysioux, have you ever heard of AT Still University?
Nope. Sorry.

Wow. Those are the prettiest OK Go tickets I have ever seen.
They make me want to run down a hill on a sunny day, and then jump on a bed of flowers!
