Hey blushyblushy, welcome! I see you're in AL, that's awesome. I'm about to move to MS. How do you like it in the south? There are two great sites that used to be run by boardies who don't frequent here too often anymore. Does anyone know if Bakersfield Fan's great website or Sherib's great website are still up? I tried the links for both sites and they don't work. Blushyblushy, the sites I'm refering to were called "OkGo.com" and "Okgocentral" but neither appear to be working. Now, I too am in a pickle.
yeah, i've been here for a while, but i never really post anything. haha.
okgocentral! that was the one.
if it isn't up anymore, i will be hurt deeply
and neither of them are working, this is confirmed. :|
okgocentral! that was the one.
if it isn't up anymore, i will be hurt deeply
well, we've got to get you to post more! I'm moving to Jackson, MS. Why are Southerners so amazingly friendly?! Love it! Sorry, that's totally off topic. But yeah, is okgocentral around anymore? Someone tell us! I know Sherib stopped taking care of the site and passed the torch to someone else, but anyone know what's happened since then?
haha, i will try my best
usually we just come off as friendly
Michael posted on the boards probably an ice age ago, or something, talking about some personal problems he was having, but that's all I know. It was his site to begin with, Sheri just did most of the on-camera work if you understand what I mean.

Check out "Source Musicians" and the very end.
SERIOUS BUSINESS PRODUCTIONS/TRAVIS HARRISON & Rusty Ross
(Source Music Composers)
Serious Business Productions was founded in late 2002 by Columbia University
alumni Travis Harrison and Rusty Ross. The partnership began in a modest roadside
shack on the south shore of Long Island by recording local artists and producing jingles
and music-for-picture for PBS, the Madison Square Garden Network and JSM Music.
Soon, the operation outgrew their suburban locale and Travis and Andy moved back to
New York City, eventually settling in a sprawling Brooklyn loft-space.
Since its inception Serious Business has maintained a balance between rock & roll
production and music for picture. The company has composed original music for a
variety of acclaimed shorts including Fists of the Saugatuck and Salty Beef, and made
their feature film debut by composing jazz and classical source music for director Ann
Hu’s Beauty Remains. Beyond their film work, Travis and Andy have churned out dozens
of dazzling records for a parade of phenomenal NY rock artists such as their own
Unsacred Hearts, A10 and Man In Gray, whose Serious Business recorded
“Incommunicado” was selected by the Village Voice’s Chuck Eddy as one of the top ten
singles of 2003.
