Josh Kaufman has been holding out on us. He's not only in just about every Serious Business band, he's also in a band called Balthrop Alabama, and if you like Rocketship Park or the Decemberists you will like these guys. In fact, I'm kind of in love with their music right now. Chances are if we're Facebook friends (and I am aware of you liking RSP) I just sent you a link to their page. Go, be their fan, LOVE THEM.
But seriously, How Many Freaking Bands is Josh Kaufman In, Exactly? Shall we count?

Oh and also? When I went to see Josh play as Rocketship Park in Philly on Saturday (which is how I discovered Balthrop Alabama), he also played guitar for all of Caithlin DeMarrais' set. So I'm saying 6, since he knows enough of her songs to be her "band". Of course, he could be holding out on us even more, and be in like 20 more bands for all I know.
All I'm sayin' is that whatever JK touches turns to freakin' gold, people. GOLD.
