OH NO CD!

today i bought a copy of OH NO! and while i was loading it onto my computer i noticed that there was an extra track labeled "Untitled Track" (which was a 14th track when the CD only had 13 listed on the case) when i looked at it, it showed that the track is 34 minutes and is nothing but someone rustling papers (at least thats what it sounds like) can anyone tell me what this means and if it is supposed to be there?
