Does Anyone Have The Lyrics For The Greatest Song I Ever Heard Because The Glaring Lack Of Them On T

Now that I've figured out all the guitar stuff, I'm dying for some lyrics. The only think I could find was a shady looking page that had half the lyrics, mostly wrong, with big chunks taken out:

(And then all the "we solved all our problems", which is my favorite part anyway).

Anyway, if anybody could fill in some of those chunks, that'd be great. Is he saying Cat Power at the beginning?
