OK Go as Symbols? Art Question

Technically this is just a fan art question, related to some stuff I want to try out. I want to draw each of the guys sort of as a smiley, symbol, or a type of icon (a little more detailed but simplified art). For example, Tim being an easy one, he would have a moustache and beard with large glasses.

 

I'm at a loss though for core things that say Dan! Damian! Andy! I thought instruments at first, but that's not as much of a unique trait. Any ideas would be awesome :)

    You could use their colours, thoug that would be an easy way out. I find Dan pretty easy: His hat! Andy should have a tie, a cute smirk and blue eyes. And Damian should have green eyes and a really REALLY big mouth. You know the one.

    Andy is always sporting those sideburns, I believe they have an iconic quality.
