I meant to dance around to "Birthday" yesterday, but I fell asleep on the couch while watching Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Instead. (My boyfriend was still awake and apparently kept waking up from time to time and repeatedly going "This part is SOOO GOOOD" and then falling back to sleep.)
Thank you kindly! It has been an all around fantastic day, -waking up in the most comfortable shorts I have (sent to me as part of a birthday bundle by the boyfriend; he had stolen them back last time he was up and I kept moaning about how much I missed them when I was sick with MaybeMono) -skipping my first class to watch Kamikaze Girls (recommended to me by the girl I'm mentoring who, it seems, is actually mentoring me), which is AWESOME (about a Lolita who becomes friends with a Yanki). -Since then, it's been full of delicious lunches, roommate-baked cupcakes (my roommates are amazingly fantastic people, not just because of their ability to create baked goods), chocolate from my mother, and loving words from friends. Who could ask for more?
